The guys over at animoto have created a godsend (yes, I know this story broke about a week ago, but I still think this feature is pretty cool).  They created a customizable eCard specifically for Vday.  Users can upload person pictures of themselves and their boo boo (aka loved one) and it puts the pictures into a slide show.  The whole process only takes minutes to complete.  Check it out, after all’s said and done you might actually need it:
